Coaching

Can you remember a time when someone helped you overcome something that was an obstacle to your achievement of a task or goal, how did it feel?

Without help we are often left feeling frustrated and powerless, we may have the drive and commitment  but don't know which direction to move in.

As Line Managers it can be easy to simply tell people what to do and how to do it, however the role of the coach is to empower people to take responsibility for achieving their own outcomes, using a non-directive process.

Coaching allows Line Managers to develop individuals in the workplace by tapping into that persons potential to provide results, in doing so gain a sense of achievement and increased self esteem.

This course will give you the skills and knowledge to begin coaching your people to release their potential and increase performance.
