Following any personal develop course people are often eager to get back to the work place and try out some new learning, they will have considered the day and perhaps made a few notes of things they want to do differently.
Over the next few weeks new learning is applied and evaluated, improvements begin to become apparent, an excellent result, just what personal development is all about.
For others however sometimes old behaviour's or ways of doing things are just too comfortable and carry no risk, maybe people are unsure how to change, or start a new approach to work and hit a stumbling block leaving them unsure how to progress.

By using non-directive coaching, course delegates will be supported in their move to improve skills and apply their knowledge, ultimately benefiting from what they have learnt and achieved.
